News for July, 2009!
We are currently getting ready for Historicon and ordering stock as we type. We have had many, many orders for Liberation figures and are working with the manufacturer to get order requests processed as fast as we can.
We will be leaving for Historicon on the 13th of this month and will open up shop again on Monday, August 3. Any orders received during that time will be handle as soon as possible with the oldest emails/requests first. We will be spending a week at Historicon, several days on the East coast with the family and then some time at my home playing catch up on the things I have ignored getting ready for the show. : )
If you have already placed an order with us, we will be emailing everyone by the end of the of the week prior to leaving for Historicon once I know the arrival status of our last restock order with Liberation. We will ship all outstanding orders before we leave, or offer a full or partial refund for those who do not wish to wait.
News for June, 2009!Many of you have placed orders with us and found that neither of us received a detailed invoice listing your request. I believe the problem has been solved. ****IMPORTANT**** After making payment, please do not exit out of PayPal but wait for the redirect back to our shopping cart. Without this redirect, the order will not be completed and we will not receive an invoice detailing your request. We will receive payment but will not know your mailing addres or the items that you have ordered. However, we will make every effort to solve the problem if you forget.
News for March 2009!
Well what happened to February, LOL Time flies when your having fun and this last month was no exception. Laura and I have been very busy doing end of the year inventory, attended one show, and we are getting ready for Recruits, a local wargaming convention in Kansas City that Laura and I run. Recruits is a growing show with an attendance near 450. The month or two prior to Recruits is the busiest for us as we try to line up game masters, vendors, and tee-shirts etc.. So we have fallen behind answering emails as well as getting some new releases listed on the web page. Sorry for the delay.
New items: This last month we have received all of the Elhiem new releases including the Panzer Lehr, US WInter GIs and more Pulp Fiction figures. We are also working on the new codes and prices for ERM Platoon 20 including some re-released Vietnam codes. Last week we also got in a restock order from Liberation and are working now pulling back orders for customers first. Then we will add new releases from Liberation to the shopping cart. Speaking of Liberation, we have been reorganizing the way Liberation is listed on our web page and have been adding some codes which we were missing to the shopping cart. Let us know what you think and if you can't find something. : )
We were sorry we missed Little Wars. There are a few more shows we are looking into attending in the near future including Recruits, Barrack's Battle, Nashcon, Bayou Wars, and Historicon. We may not make all of these shows but we are at least looking into them. If there is a show you would like to see us attend, especially during the summer, please let us know.
News for January2009!
Happy New Years Everyone!!!! Just a couple quick updates with more later in the month as I get a chance to think clearer after the holidays. : ) First off we have taken a small break the last week or so for the holidays. I apologize for not stating that sooner but I am busily working on taking care of your orders and requests. Secondly we have improved over technology status with a new computer. Most of my work transferring files is complete but we are still working on trying to get our emails sorted. Once this is completed we have also purchased some new business software that will require some effort getting all of our inventory transferred. I think this will be very helpful in the long run but will take some time. We might even change servers in the future that will not impact our shopping cart beyond making everything work much smother! yea! Anyway, Happy New Years once again.
One final very important note. We are having problems of emails we send boucing back to us. The message we are receiving says, "Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help." If you do not receive an email reply from us about your order and are concerned please try contacting us again or use a different email address to see if we can reply.
