To order your miniatures and other wargaming items through Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC, you are welcomed to take advantage of our
shopping cart or use any of the other methods described below.
Figures are sold unpainted, and some figures may require some model building skills.
Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC will make every effort to restock out of stock items. Please be patient while we work with our manufacturers.
We will try to get backordered products in stock as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind there are many determining factors other than us simply having the items shipped to us by the manufacturer. You can backorder products out of stock by requesting this at the time you place your order.
Orders placed for out of stock items will be mailed separately at our expense as soon as possible.
Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC will accept both Mastercard and Visa. You may use our shopping cart on our secure web page but you may also call in your order over the phone to Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC (816) 506-3079. Please do not send any credit card information through email for security reasons.
We accept both money orders or cashier's checks. Personal Checks need to clear before the order is shipped. When using the shopping cart please use check number of 1000 when checking out. Please ensure that all checks are made out to "Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC" and mailed to

We will accept payment through Paypal using Duane@SyrHobbsWargames.com. You can send payment to us via Paypal using a credit card, using a checking account, or transferring funds from a savings account. After making payment, please do not exit out of PayPal but wait for the redirect back to our shopping cart. Without this redirect, the order may not be completed correctly. We will make every effort to solve the problem if one occurs.
We can accept wire transfers. Information is furnished upon request. (Note: There may be a small fee added due to bank fees).
Shipping All shipments within the U.S. are sent via the U.S.P.S. We will offer Express Mail (over night) upon request for those emergency games where you must have that extra unit for the next "big game." Once payment is received orders will normally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC will make every effort to charge you only the actual postage as much as possible. Shipping rates for US customers are based on the weight of the items purchased, the actual cost of shipping using U.S.P.S., Priority Mail and a Delivery Confirmation fee. Priority Mail is delivered n an average of 2-3 days once shipped.
Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC will be happy to ship overseas. The simplest way to get a precise shipping cost is to email us for International rates. However you may also follow the shipping instructions by simply following the shopping cart steps and select the shipping type that best suits your needs. We are sorry that Global Airmail Letter Post is not an option on our shopping cart at this time. However, when mailing international packages, we will pursue Global Airmail Letter Post whenever possible as long as the total weight of the order is less then 4 pounds. We will not process credit card payments for purchases until the best mailing option for International customers is selected and the product is ready to be shipped. For International Credit Card customers, we will credit your card if we find that you have over paid for shipping as a result of our shopping cart.
Our policy for overseas shipments is to mail all purchases insured. If you prefer another method, we will oblige, but cannot assume any liability for lost or misdirected shipments in this case.

Depending on where you live, you may have to pay tariffs, VAT or other duties and fees. Please check with your local post office or customs office for more details.
We will accept a return within twenty one days of receiving the order. The receiving date will be determined as the day the package is shown to be delivered by the transporter. After this date, no item will be replaced or reimbursed. Simply call or e-mail us with the details of what you would like to return. Any returned item must get prior approval before being sent back to the Syr Hobbs Wargames, LLC, and all returns and associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned item(s) must be in the original packaging in "new" condition.
Upon meeting these requirements, the purchaser will be reimbursed for the returned item(s) via his/her credit card, or by company check (determined by the seller). Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, only the price of the item(s) returned. Damaged items need to be brought to our attention immediately.
We will do everything we can to provide safe delivery, but the company cannot be held liable for damages occurred during shipping. At our discretion, we will cover any charges for shipping new replacement items to the purchaser, after the damaged items have been sent back to us at the cost of the purchaser.
